Insurance – Full Risk Insurance is included. Depot to Depot. Excess is AUD 1000.00. If you upgrade to door to door, we extend the insurance to Door to Door.
Coastal Inner Cargo – Vehicles with inner cargo MUST complete our Inner cargo Declaration. We cannot take any responsibility for personal items left inside the vehicle. Insurance does not cover inner cargo. If accepted, inner cargo is completely at the owners risk. Inner cargo can only be accepted in lockable compartments, boot or luggage area. Inner cargo cannot be placed on seats, or impede windows, mirrors or driving of the vehicle in anyway. For more information on our inner cargo policy please CLICK HERE
Coastal Quarantine – There is biosecurity inspections for all cargo arriving in Western Australia & the Northern Territory. Its important there is no food inside the vehicles and the vehicle under carriage is cleaned properly prior to shipping as this may cause additional charges and/or delays on arrival.
Coastal Road Transport – Door Deliveries are based on an open tilt tray or car carrier truck unless specifically mentioned otherwise.
Cleanliness – Your vehicle must be in clean condition to ensure there are no additional charges from quarantine on arrival. Further to this, if your vehicle has loose soil or plant material on or under it, the vehicle can be rejected by the shipping line. Vehicles used off road, need to be especially careful the under carriage is clean. It is recommended to give your vehicle a clean inside and out prior to transportation, to avoid any potential delays or additional charges.
Documentation – We require a Signed Letter of Authority, Photo ID, and Proof of Ownership such as purchase invoice, bill of sale, or registration papers.
Payment – Must be made prior to delivery. We accept direct transfer or credit card.
